Frequently asked questions
What else you may want to know
When do the 7 days of VIP begin?
VIP is activated as soon as your claim succeeds. If you have no active VIP, the 7 days start when the server confirms the claim. If you already have active VIP, 7 days are added after its current expiry date. You do not need to activate it again in your voucher wallet.
Can both new and existing accounts claim?
Yes. New and existing DownloadVideos365 accounts can participate, once per account for this offer, with no overall claim limit. Returning to the page shows your existing claim record and does not extend VIP again.
Do I need to pay, vote or share?
No. This offer is free to claim. No Product Hunt upvote, comment, positive review or sharing is required, and no auto-renewing subscription is added.
Where can I use VIP?
This offer provides account-wide DownloadVideos365 VIP, not a separate voucher restricted to one extension. When using Telegram Video Downloader, sign in to the extension with the same website account used to claim. Specific benefits and limits depend on the product's current plan details.
Does claimed VIP expire when the offer ends?
No. The deadline only limits new claims. Benefits already credited remain available until the expiry date shown in your account. After the offer closes or expires, you can still sign in here to check your original claim record. All offer times use Beijing time (UTC+8).
What if the claim times out or the page closes?
Reopen this page and sign in with the same account, then check your claim record first. The server prevents duplicate claims per account, so resubmitting an already credited claim will not award VIP again. Do not switch accounts to claim before confirming the result.
Can the extension access Telegram content I am not authorized to view?
No. The extension saves loaded media that your current Telegram Web account is authorized to access. It cannot enter channels without permission or recover deleted content. Only save content you have permission to download, and do not submit your Telegram password or verification code to this website.
